(end-to-end hiring) 1-2 days of consultancy to:
• Meet with you and your key stakeholders to understand your business (structure, preferences, culture)
• Finalise the role and write the job description
• Agree the process and lead from end to end
• Advise on ways of working tbc

(fractional support) Embed into your company for up to 3 days/week for an agreed period (typically 6-12 weeks) to perform the role and understand:
• Where you’re spending time
• How you’re showing up
• Where you’d benefit from additional support
• What existing processes are in place
• Where the gaps are and how best to manage them
• Optimal ways of working with you and your leadership team to ensure efficiency and understanding across the organisation
• Scope the role(s) and finalise the job description ahead of hiring and onboarding
• Coach you in how to work with an EA or CoS for maximum benefit, and how to keep them motivated Up to £11,500/month
