As soon as we’ve identified what the right permanent hire looks like, I lead the process on your behalf for an additional fee, and onboard the successful candidate so they’re ready to hit the ground running straight out the gate

(fractional support)	Embed into your company for up to 3 days/week for an agreed period (typically 6-12 weeks) to perform the role and understand:
• Where you’re spending time
• How you’re showing up
• Where you’d benefit from additional support
• What existing processes are in place
• Where the gaps are and how best to manage them
• Optimal ways of working with you and your leadership team to ensure efficiency and understanding across the organisation
• Scope the role(s) and finalise the job description ahead of hiring and onboarding
